Pulse: the transformation moves into its next phase

Demolition at Pulse is complete. Plastering is underway and the electrical installations, lighting, and fire alarm system are being renewed as the building moves toward its next stage.

Demolition at Pulse is complete, and the pace has not let up since. The plastering team is already at work on the next phase, and the technical side of the building is now moving in parallel: new electrical installations, preparations for new lighting, and a renewed fire alarm system.

From structure to systems

Once a building is stripped back to its shell, the sequence that follows matters as much as the demolition itself. Plastering sets the surfaces the rest of the build will finish against, while the electrical and fire safety work happening alongside it means the building doesn't have to be reopened later to retrofit what should have gone in from the start. Doing this in parallel rather than in series is what keeps a repositioning on schedule.

What's next

Step by step, Pulse is gaining the quality and finish of a modern office building: 4,250 sqm across six floors, with 109 parking spaces on site. Further updates as the repositioning progresses.
