Luna: entrance and facade repair begins
With the first unit move-in ready, work has shifted to the building's exterior — entrance renovation and facade plaster repair. First impressions are underwritten too, not just square meters.
With the first unit at Luna move-in ready, the work has moved outside. Entrance renovation and facade plaster repair are now underway — repair, repaint, and general refresh of the building's exterior.

Why the entrance gets its own phase
A tenant's first impression of a building forms before they see a single office. It happens at the entrance, in the condition of the facade, in whether the building looks maintained from the street. Sequencing this work after the first finished unit, rather than before it, means the exterior renovation is informed by what has already been proven on the interior — not run in parallel with unresolved variables.
What's being addressed
The facade plaster is being repaired and repainted, and the entrance itself — the atrium, staircase, and lift area — is being brought in line with the standard set by the first finished unit. This is not cosmetic in isolation; it is the exterior counterpart to the interior work already completed.

What's next
Entrance and facade work continues in parallel with finishing the remaining units. Availability of approximately 200 sqm of turn-key office space at Luna remains on track.
Further updates as the repositioning progresses.
