Luna's exterior is getting a complete upgrade: old greenery out, new modern planting in, the terrain reworked for extra parking, and a new entrance with fresh paving.
Inside, Luna has been done for a while: renewed entrance, finished units, tenants signed. Now it's the outside's turn. First impressions matter, and the entire exterior is getting the same level of attention the interior already had.

A new entrance
The old paving at the entrance has been pulled up and is making way for a renewed approach to the building, one that matches the quality of what tenants find once they walk through the door.
