Facade renovation at Luna is progressing steadily. The rear facade is now being primed and painted, restoring the exterior while pushing durability further than a straight repaint would.

Repair, sustainability, and appearance in one pass

Facade work at this stage is not purely cosmetic. Priming and painting after repair extends the lifespan of the underlying material and improves insulation performance at the same time as refreshing how the building looks from the outside. The three outcomes come from the same pass of work, not three separate budgets.

What's next

Step by step, the building is regaining an exterior that matches the standard already set on the inside. Availability of approximately 200 sqm of turn-key office space at Luna remains on track.
