Luna: furniture and greenery move into the finished entrance

With the tiling finished, furniture and planting have arrived at Luna's entrance. Seating, side tables, and large-format greenery from Green Stories turn a finished floor into a space people actually want to sit in.

With the entrance floor finished, the next phase has arrived. Furniture and greenery moved in this week, delivered and installed by Green Stories. Bird of paradise, fiddle leaf fig, and floor planters alongside seating and side tables for the entrance area.

Why furniture and planting come last

A finished floor and repaired facade prove the building has been taken care of. Furniture and greenery prove it is ready to be used. That is a different signal to a prospective tenant than clean tile alone. This is the step where the entrance stops being a construction milestone and starts being a space.

What's next

The entrance is now close to complete. Floor, facade, furniture, and greenery all in place. Availability of approximately 200 sqm of turn-key office space at Luna remains on track.
