Luna: the entrance floor is finished
The entrance floor at Luna is finished. Large-format tile now covers the full ground floor around the staircase and lift, ready to be seen rather than imagined.
The entrance floor at Luna is finished. Large-format tile, laid section by section over the past two weeks, now covers the full ground floor around the staircase and lift.

From working floor to finished space
A few weeks ago this same space was covered in tile spacers, buckets of adhesive, and cardboard. Now it reads as what it actually is: the entrance to a repositioned office building. That transition, from active construction site to finished, presentable space, is the point where a repositioning starts to look real to anyone walking through the door.
What it sets up
A finished entrance changes what a viewing feels like. Prospective tenants and brokers no longer have to imagine past the mess to see the end result. It is in front of them.

What's next
Availability of approximately 200 sqm of turn-key office space at Luna remains on track. Further updates as the repositioning progresses.
