Luna: entrance floor tiling is underway
The entrance floor at Luna is now being tiled, clean lines, large-format tiles, high-end finish. This is where the first impression gets made, and it has to be right.
Tiling work in the entrance at Luna is now underway. Clean lines, large-format tiles, a finish built to match the standard set by the rest of the building.

Why the entrance floor gets this level of attention
The entrance is the one part of a building every visitor experiences before they see a single square meter of leasable space. A tenant, a broker, a prospective buyer. All of them form their first impression here, before anything else. Large-format tile in a controlled, precise layout is a deliberate choice: it reads as considered rather than incidental, and it holds up to the volume of foot traffic an entrance takes.
Step by step
The floor is being laid in sections, level and aligned before the tile goes down. It is the kind of preparation that does not show up in the finished result but determines whether it looks right five years from now, not just on handover day.

What's next
The entrance continues to take shape, section by section, toward the standard the rest of the building has already set. Availability of approximately 200 sqm of turn-key office space at Luna remains on track.
Further updates as the repositioning progresses.
